What happens if the plane/train is delayed?

We will track your flight / train online so it doesn’t matter if you are delayed a driver will still be there to meet you at no extra charge.

Where do we meet the driver and how do we recognize him?

Airport transfers

Your driver will go to the arrivals hall and start to wait approx 20 minutes after the true landing time of your plane, he / she will have a sign with your name on it. There is a specific meeting point at both of the terminals.

Terminal 1 – when you come into the arrival hall, your driver will be standing in the direction of EXIT D.

Terminal 2 – when you walk into the arrival hall, your driver will be standing in the direction of EXIT D.

If you don’t see your driver please stay inside the arrivals hall at the meeting point, wait 10 minutes or so and then call / sms Neil on +420 773 179 630. Your driver has probably had to go and move the car. 

If you have arrived but there is a delay / problem with luggage, please sms / call us.

Station transfers

Hlavni Nadrazi / main station – When you arrive to Hlavni Nadrazi look for BURGER KING in the station. Your driver will meet you in front of there, they will be holding a sign with your name on.

If you don’t see your driver please wait at the meeting point please call Neil on +420 773 179 630 because your driver won’t be far away.

Nadrazi Holesovice – Please stay on the platform, your driver will meet you there with a sigh with your name on.

Do you supply baby seat?

Yes supplied F.O.C, just let us know the age of your child and if you require a car seat or booster seat on the booking form. Children under 150cm and weighing less than 36kg must have a child seat by law.

Are your cars air-conditioned?

Yes our cars have air conditioning.

What currency can I pay in?

We prefer the local currency Czech crowns but we do accept EUR, GBP and USD, the price may vary slightly if paying in any currency other than Czech crowns.

How and when do I make reservation?

You can use our online booking form here. You can book as soon as you know all the details of your journey, flight/train numbers etc.
For transfers within 12 hours please Email us.

Can I have receipt?

Yes, just ask the driver.
